Those who are less extraverted tend to be more accepting of AI. They also have fewer worries about using it. This is in contrast to those who are more extraverted. They tend to have more doubts and concerns about AI.

SnapLogic's research reveals that besides neuroticism, other personality traits affect individuals' concerns about making mistakes when using AI. Agreeableness and openness to experience are two traits that contribute to this concern.

Censuswide asked almost 1,000 mid-senior management workers in big businesses from the US, UK, and Australia about AI. The workers know AI is good. 54% said it would save them time, 46% said AI would make them more productive, and 37% said it would help them make fewer mistakes.

The business world is uncertain, so businesses are using AI to improve productivity. Jeremiah Stone, SnapLogic's CTO, says seeing AI as a teammate is important. Employees may be hesitant about AI, but it's already changing the way we work. Successful businesses using AI understand and address employee concerns.

66% of people like the idea of using AI in their job, now or later. But, 34% say there aren't enough people with the right skills to use AI. 39% think their organization won't fully accept AI, and 19% are concerned that they can't use AI properly.

People don't always like to try new things. This means they might not want to use AI. Danni Haig, who studies how people behave at work, says that IT and business leaders need to be patient. They should come up with a good plan to help people accept AI. Otherwise, no one will use it.
