The top boss at Consumer Action Law Centre, Stephanie Tonkin, believes that banks must take further action with the escalating scam problem.

When speaking to Tom Elliott, she explained that it's not solely a matter of compensating customers, but rather encouraging banks to invest in improved safeguards and more efficient reactions.
