"The funding came from Tiger Global, TLV Partners, and some angel investors."

The company will use the money to get bigger and reach more people.

Ariga is a platform that helps software engineering teams manage database schema changes. It was founded by Ariel Mashraki and Rotem Tamir in 2021. Ariga introduces a new approach called "Schema as Code" which lets organizations manage their databases through code. This way, changes can be made quickly and safely.

Ariga's commercial product, Atlas Cloud, uses the same open-source project with automation capabilities. Atlas Cloud can help businesses in planning, verifying, and deploying schema changes. A lot of big companies, startups, and open-source projects use the open-source project.

Atlas works seamlessly with widely used open-source databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. With Terraform, DevOps tools can be leveraged easily. With Atlas Cloud, there is support for extensive integration with Kubernetes, as well as analytical databases like Snowflake and Redshift. Additionally, well-established commercial options such as Oracle and SQL Server are supported, and further advanced features for collaboration, security, monitoring, and analytics are provided.
