He contends that this secretive prototype van was specifically created for Elon Musk's Vegas Loop project.

The minibus created by Elon Musk's The Boring Company is specifically designed, and this company is also responsible for constructing the experimental tunnel located in downtown Los Angeles.

The Tesla logo is prominently featured on the steering wheel of the car. Its appearance is not particularly modern or advanced, resembling a typical shuttle bus that you would commonly see around. Hence, it is likely designed specifically for local transportation needs. The vehicle has a spacious window area, with seating arranged on both sides, allowing passengers to face towards the inside of the vehicle.

At present, Tesla's Model Ys and Model Xs are being utilized within the monorail tunnel.
