HSBC App Not Working: Users Report Outage
HSBC is currently experiencing some technical issues. There seems to be problems with online banking. People are reporting issues accessing their accounts. HSBC has acknowledged the issue on social media. They are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Customers are advised to keep an eye on the HSBC UK Twitter page for updates.
On Tuesday morning, HSBC clients had problems with their mobile and online services.
Customers couldn't use their bank's app or access their account.
Down Detector reported problems at 8:16 am. People complained they couldn't load the app or website.
The website of bank services had issues today. Down Detector registered the problem all over the United Kingdom, like in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
59% of the problems were about HSBC's mobile banking, and 22% were about online banking.
Another 19% of issues were related to logging in on mobile devices.
London is the place where the heat map shows the most impact.
