Customers are still frustrated because they can't make or receive phone calls or texts. The problem started on Tuesday morning and hasn't been fixed yet.
Downdetector got many incident reports about a flood on Monday night.
Telstra technicians worked hard all night to fix the issue, but services were still not working properly in the morning.
The outage does not affect triple-0 calls or mobile data.
