Telstra Outage Hampers Mobile Calls
On Tuesday morning, Telstra customers experienced a network outage. They were unable to make mobile phone calls.
Telstra's spokesperson confirmed that the issue was resolved at approximately 9am. Luckily, triple zero services remained unaffected during this time. Furthermore, Telstra's mobile network still functioned properly, providing internet access for all users.
The spokesperson said they're sorry for the problem. They worked to fix it fast. They wanted to help people make their calls again.

Telstra said that the problem was mainly affecting clients in Queensland and New South Wales.
To solve the problem, Telstra suggested turning airplane mode on and off. They also suggested making data calls through WiFi or apps like FaceTime.
