In a recent teaser clip shared by Tucker Carlson, it has been revealed that Elon Musk, who acquired Twitter for $44 billion in October 2022, suggests that the U.S. government had unrestricted access to all information on the platform, including the private messages exchanged between users.

The short video may spark people's interest in watching the whole interview with Musk, supposedly broadcasting on Fox News on Monday. However, there are plenty of additional questions that Carlson should have asked during the interview.

In the recently released Twitter video, Musk expressed surprise at the extent to which different government organizations were able to gain complete access to all the activities happening on Twitter. He admitted that he was not previously aware of this fact.

"Does that involve individuals' DMs?" Carlson inquired.

"Yes, indeed," replied Musk in the concise video.

If Musk's portrayal is correct, we still lack responses to the most sensible inquiries that would follow.

These are important concerns, particularly considering Musk's involvement. A couple of senators in the United States wrote a letter to Tesla, which is one of Musk's other companies, asking for details about how customer privacy is being protected. Apparently, Tesla workers were sharing many different videos that were meant only for Tesla engineers, under what were supposed to be strict protocols.

To discover the answers to these important questions, one must watch Tucker Carlson's program on Monday evening. Fox News has piqued my curiosity, as I am interested in hearing Musk's thoughts on Twitter's DM privacy and current actions regarding the matter. However, if these uncomplicated inquiries are left unanswered, it will undoubtedly be a pointless endeavor for all involved.
