China’s warehouse storage sector expansion slower  in June

The warehouse storage industry in China experienced slower growth in June, according to a survey conducted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and CMST Development Co Ltd. The survey revealed that the index measuring the sector's progress was 50.7 percent, a decrease of 0.6 percentage points compared to May. When the index is above 50 percent, it indicates expansion, whereas a reading below 50 percent signifies contraction. Wang Yong, the vice president of CMST Development, attributed the June warehouse sector activity to the influence of e-commerce sales promotions.

Wang mentioned that according to the survey, businesses in the industry are optimistic about the potential of the market in the upcoming times.
