Elon Musk, the proprietor of X and creator of Tesla and other business ventures, revealed on Sunday that his planned combat in mixed martial arts against Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be broadcasted in real-time on the online networking site formerly recognized as Twitter, with "every penny raised going towards the welfare of veterans."

There is no specific date scheduled for the fight. However, it is rumored to take place at the UFC Apex in Nevada. Both individuals have been diligently preparing for the event and Musk has been regularly sharing updates with his supporters regarding his training progress.

"I spend my entire day lifting weights, getting ready for the upcoming battle," Musk stated on X. "I don't have the opportunity to exercise separately, so I simply bring the weights with me to my workplace."

"The inaugural installment of ????-Videos!" Musk appended. He refrained from instantly sharing more specifics.

Elon Musk announced that he would broadcast a live fight between himself and Mark Zuckerberg.

Musk dared Zuckerberg to participate in a combat sport competition inside a fenced ring earlier in 2021.

The creator of Tesla and Space X shared on his Twitter account that he was "ready for a competitive fight" with Zuckerberg, who has expertise in jiujitsu. The founder of Facebook replied, "tell me where," and Musk fired back, "let's settle it in Vegas Octagon."

"If this is legit, I'm totally up for it," Musk penned in the post, going on to mention that he had a "brilliant maneuver dubbed 'The Walrus,' where I simply position myself over my adversary and refrain from taking any action."

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, recently introduced Threads, a competitor to Twitter.

The CEO of Meta seemed to be getting in some training sessions with UFC champ Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski before the anticipated cage fight. Musk has been engaging in training sessions with UFC icon Georges St. Pierre and podcaster Lex Friedman over the past few weeks.

Zuckerberg was uncertain whether the fight would actually happen. Nevertheless, UFC President Dana White confidently asserted that both billionaires were fully committed to the possibility of a match.

According to White's statement to TMZ, this upcoming battle could potentially be the most monumental clash in the entire chronicles of mankind. It would surpass all previous endeavors and shatter the pay-per-view sales records. Moreover, these individuals involved would amass an astounding sum of hundreds of millions of dollars in aid of charitable causes.

In June, Elon Musk started a friendly competition by inviting Mark Zuckerberg to a "cage match."
